I'm Ali Adruich, a software and Power Platform developer in Casablanca, Morocco, with six years spent turning messy business problems into systems that hold. I'm at NTT DATA, where I build enterprise platforms and put AI to work inside them for clients who need software that survives real users, real scale, and real scrutiny. Beyond the work, I'm obsessed with the gap between what AI can do and what it's actually doing in production. Closing that gap is the whole plan.

Alongside it, internal platforms across NTT DATA Morocco and Italy: a centralised pool management application, and automated interview workflows that cut manual coordination out of hiring.
